Packages are shipped using USPS
Orders are shipped using reusable and recyclable packaging
Generally your package will be shipped within 1-2 days of your purchase, weekends and holidays not included, and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number included.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive
Orders placed after 12 pm PST will begin being processed the following business day.

Economy Shipping (3-8 business days) ($10)
Pricing is determined based off weight and distance. We offer a flat rate of $10 for orders under 5 lbs, however shipping costs may vary depending on destination and carrier service. For lighter packages this often means your shipping costs are lower!

We ship international orders via USPS Priority International Mail only. This is a more expensive service but ensures that packages are insured and tracking is provided with additional services in the case of a package being lost or missing.
USPS Priority International Mail has an estimated delivery time of 6-18 days. Actual number of days may vary based on origin, destination, and customs delays.
For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country in which you reside. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. You may contact your customs office for additional information.
All international orders are subject to a cost of at least $23. All International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout using an automated USPS shipping calculator. Please allow 6-10 business days to receive your order.

If a package tracking number shows that it has been delivered through the tracking number and the customer is unable to locate their package, Aire Antigua will issue a refund. All packages are insured with the shipping provided by Aire Antigua.
